Thank you for this in depth look at the game! It's really sad saddening that they completely lost the TDU DNA.. I was so hyped to finally relive these great moments that I had in TDU 2 with my buddies in a new game.. but it seems like that won't happen.

I'm going to pass on this game, there's just too many problems with it at this point. If most of what you're saying ends up being in the final game, this game will be dead within a few months.

Thank you for having a more balanced take on the game. Some ither UA-cams just ride the game like there is not much wrong with it. The only thing really stopping me from getting this game is the fact that its only online. Like seriously. Now knowing there are even LESS features than the base version of the previous game, it makes me sick to even think of paying money for this new one. Im having a blast playing the older game on my 360\ps3. If solar crown goes on sale for like $30. I will get it. But dude. Im just sooooooo tired of the whole , " we know the game isnt good at launch but we can fix it later! " Or even worse "you must be connected to the Internet to olay the game " im done dealing with that crap man.

to me the map just felt a bit too "clean" in a way, sterile even in some parts. something about the game just felt rather off when trying to play the demo

Built my drift cars, they are awesome but in drift zones i cant get he scores i got with normal cars, they get really close but cant beat it ☹️

I mean, the map is small, there is nothing to do except PVP races and you need to be online... This game is nothing like the previous TDU basically. Another franchise sacrificed to be a live service, which will close after a year or two; the good thing is that if you still have TDU2, you can still enjoy that today

I played this game for 20 minutes and was so turned off by the performance despite having a 4080. I don't mind the graphics but the assets don't represent Hong Kong to me. The atmosphere is just off, and a lot of the sky rise buildings have a very plain generic look, which hurts the exploration aspect to me.

I read the developers said this was an early build of the game

EVERYTHING NACON has published has been an absolute garbage tier game. I actively avoid anything this company publishes because the quality is so unpolished.

Sorry but it looks more like a polished mobile game than pc, just my opinion.
